Montalvo Arts Center is the favorite wedding venue for multiple generations of Californians. At Montalvo you have exclusive use of the grounds, Great Lawn, Villa, Spanish Courtyard and Oval Garden or Love Temple for your dream wedding and reception.
Below is all the information you’ll need to choose Montalvo as the venue for your most special day. We are currently taking reservations through fall of 2009.
Rental Fees 2008-2009
- Ceremony Only:
- Available 10 a.m.–1 p.m., weekends; weekdays also available.
- Rental fee: $3,500 on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Included:
- Use of the Oval Garden or Love Temple for the ceremony (including facility tables and chairs);
- Upstairs dressing rooms* in Villa; and
- 45-minute wedding rehearsal the week of the wedding, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Note: Rental fees for weekdays are available upon request.
- Wedding Ceremony and Reception
- Available 2 p.m. – 11 p.m., weekends. Events can be held all year long.
- Rental fees (April-Oct.): $13,500 on Saturdays; $8,000 Fridays and Sundays. Fees may be higher on holidays and may be lower November through March.
- Included:
- Use of the Oval Garden or Love Temple for the ceremony (including facility chairs);
- Historic Villa (includes facility tables and chairs for reception);
- Upstairs dressing rooms in Villa.
- 45-minute wedding rehearsal the week of the wedding, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Please note - All rental fees paid in excess of $3,500 are considered a charitable donation to Montalvo Arts Center.
Private Events
The same venues are available for private, social and non-profit events. Rental fees are available upon request.
